Here’s a little guide for our patients about what to expect when they book an appointment with us.
- Telephone triage- to carry out a covid-19 symptom check ( 1-2 days before your appointment).
- We will send you an sms link to fill out a medical history questionnaire prior to your appointment.
- Please bring a mask for your appointment.
- Wait outside the practice and call us to check you in.
- When the previous patient has left, we will allow you in once the room is ready for you ( please allow for some delays).
- We will ask you to gel your hands and check your temperature.
- You will be taken straight inside the surgery where you will have the necessary treatment.
- Clinical staff will be wearing enhanced PPPEs and carry out through disinfection after you leave the room.
- We request you to pay by contactless methods as much as possible.
- Some treatment may not be immediately available and we will advise you accordingly.
Only patients with pre booked appointment will be allowed to enter the practice. Those with urgent dental issues will have priority.
